Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms apply to clinic, employer, educator, and community organization partners using Luma Direct enrollment codes or invite-based partner onboarding.
Program Scope
Luma Direct provides nonprofit, non-medical education and navigation support. Luma Direct does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or emergency care.
Partner Responsibilities
- • Use enrollment codes and invite links in appropriate partner communications
- • Avoid representing Luma Direct as a provider of clinical care or medical advice
- • Maintain your organization’s responsibility for clinical decisions, care delivery, and emergency response
- • Share only information you are authorized to share with Luma Direct. Don't send us patient records; families enroll on their own with your code.
Enrollment Code Use
- • Enrollment codes are issued for partner referral and participant enrollment attribution
- • Luma Direct may suspend or revoke codes in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, security concerns, or operational need
- • Partners may request reissued or additional codes by emailing partners@lumadirect.org
Data and Privacy
Partners see group totals only for the families they referred, and any total under 11 is hidden. When you send an invite, you see whether the email was sent. You don't see whether it was opened or who enrolled. We keep invite open records and enrollment attribution for our own administration. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Program Support and Funding
Partners can choose program support through our Stripe checkout, one-time or monthly. Monthly support repeats each month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time by emailing partners@lumadirect.org. Other sponsorship or funding terms may be set in separate written agreements.
If you paid in error, email partners@lumadirect.org within 30 days and we'll review your request. Refunds are at Luma Direct's discretion.
Changes and Termination
Luma Direct may update partner onboarding flows, enrollment code processes, or these terms. Luma Direct may suspend or end partner access or code issuance where necessary for safety, misuse prevention, or operational reasons.
